We meet once a week on Zoom- it is recorded , so if you have to miss a live class you can still get the benefit
You can stay at home or come to in person classes, and wear the clothes you always wear.
You participate where you live your life so what you learn isn’t conditional on being at the gym and it is easy to incorporate it into our daily life.
Everything we do is easy on your body, stimulating for your brain and easily geared to what you can do right now.
