I am passionate about helping people to consider how they move is vital. When we learn to move in new ways, many things are possible!
I have a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and education. After graduating I taught high school, and went to massage school in 1989. Then my body fell apart. Pain and limitation stopped me from doing what I loved at age 30. I was able to start unraveling my history of my life of physical accidents (and emotional worry )while studying Aston Kinetics. I learned how to expand my possibilities for living a pain free life and not let the first 30 years of life in my body determine my future with the body that I had from all the accidents and injuries growing up.
