I am passionate about helping those over 65 have an amazing aging experience.
I have a bachelor’s degree in sports medicine and education. After graduating I taught high school, and went to massage school in 1989. While studying Aston Kinetics, I learned how to expand my possibilities for living a pain free life and not let the first 30 years of life in my body determine my future with the body that I had from all the accidents and injuries growing up.
